The pull string toys won't retract, what's wrong? How to repair? Following points for your reference,
- Dirt in the pull string mechanism. Open the plastic shell case for mechanism, and try to remove the dirt, especially clear the dirt on the gears of mechanism.
- The plush or stuff is too tight for the pull string mechanism, especially the hole for the pull string.
