Musical Movement Usage & Assembly Precautions
A musical movement is a highly precise mechanical device. To avoid mechanical failure, component damage, and service life reduction, please strictly observe the following guidelines during assembly, operation, winding, and daily use:
1. Standard Operation & No Excessive Force
Always operate the musical movement in the correct standard manner. Do not twist, pull, press, or apply unusual extra force to any mechanical parts. Improper forced operation will directly cause gear damage, spring decoupling, and mechanical jamming. When winding spring-driven movements or extracting the winding key, avoid rough and violent operation. Sudden explosive impact force generated by improper operation will accelerate gear wear and tear, greatly shorten the mechanism's service life, and may lead to permanent structural damage.
2. Anti-Drop & Anti-Collision Protection
Handle the precise musical movement with extreme care. Do not drop, strike, or crush the movement. Extrusion and impact force will cause irreversible deformation of core precision components, including the friction governor assembly, music comb, gears, and other key parts, resulting in abnormal sound or complete failure.
3. Dust & Foreign Object Prevention
Keep the entire movement completely away from dust, dirt, and all kinds of debris. Accumulated impurities will block the gear gaps, cause gear jamming, and lead to abnormal operation, stalling or sudden stop of the musical movement during playback. Regular dust cleaning is recommended to ensure smooth and stable operation.
4. Moisture & Corrosion Resistance
To protect the anti-rust performance of all metal components of the mechanism, please keep the movement away from humid environments, high temperature, direct sunlight, wet glue, uncured paint, and all corrosive materials. Long-term exposure to damp and corrosive conditions will cause metal rust, part deformation, and tone distortion.
5. Prohibit Over-Winding & Private Disassembly
Do not over-wind the spring. Stop winding immediately when you feel slight resistance to prevent spring breakage. Unauthorized private disassembly is prohibited. Disassembling the movement without professional guidance will cause permanent internal damage and void the product warranty.
6. Safety Warning
The movement contains tiny precision parts. Please keep it away from infants and young children to avoid choking risks and accidental injury. Stop using the product immediately if abnormal noise or mechanical stuck occurs, and check for stuck foreign objects in time.
